If you have an urgent issue after hours, our system will prompt you to leave a voicemail for the doctor on call who will return your call within an hour. Please include the patient’s name, date of birth, call back number, and pharmacy phone number on the message. Depending on the complexity of the call and if a prescription medication is needed, your insurance may be billed for a telephone visit.
